HOW TO BOOK
We recommend that you secure your reservations for any of our services such as tour packages, accommodation, transportation and ticketing service through our Online Reservation or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may only use this site www.ohanabali.com to make legitimate reservation or purchase and shall not use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipating of demand. Any Internet user can take benefit from the Special Rates offer services by browsing at the database. Special Rates offer are those that are sold by Ohana Bali Tour and Travel to its clients.
We respect and will continue to respect the privacy of our customers who use Ohana Tour and Travel Bali’s reservation system.
All reservations will be proceeding if you fill completely our Reservation Form or send email to email@example.com. Your reservation will be handled within 2 x 24 hours. If your reservation is not confirmed by our team and we will inform you immediately and give the other suggestions. To secure your reservation,please settle the down payment throughbank transfer.
As we offer varieties of package, the payment procedure will be based on the package. To secure your reservation, the down payment 50% must be charged within 21 days before arrival. The full payment must be settled within 3 days before arrival. All the payment will be cash basis or bank transfer.For full information, we will send the confirmation letter and proforma invoice.
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability at the time of reservation. In case, Ohana Tour and Travel is unable to confirm the hotel(s) listed in our quotation, we will attempt to secure space at a similar hotel of equal standard and cost. In the event a similar hotel is not available, a supplement may be charged. Some hotels require non–refundable and non–transferable deposits in order to guarantee a booking. In such cases, Ohana Bali Tour and Travel will notify the tour organizer and require reimbursement for any payments and expenses incurred if the group subsequently fails to materialize or the tour organizer for any reason cancels the tour.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
As we offer varieties of package, the cancellation and refund procedure will be based on the package.No refunds for all reservationsfor cancellation within 14 Days prior arrival (Low Season) and 30 Days prior to arrival (High/Peak season).For full information, we will send the confirmation letter and proforma invoice.
CONFIRMATION NUMBER, PROFORMA INVOICE
We will send your Confirmation Number & Proforma Invoice by email when your reservation is already confirmed. Note: Please mention your Confirmation Number if you have any other inquiries.
Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the identity card, appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets.
All tour arrangements are made by Ohana Bali Tour and Travel as agent for contractors of tourist services only. We will in no event be liable for any injury, damage, loss, theft or acts of default of any carrier, hotelier, other party or employees of such in performing the services for which tickets of exchange orders are issued. Due to circumstances beyond our control there may be unforeseen changes in sightseeing or hotels. We will make every effort to keep the itineraries as they are shown.
Accordingly, participant(s) agree to seek remedies directly with the supplier, and not to hold Ohana Bali Tour and Travel liable, in the absence of its negligence, for any loss, injury, delay or expense which results directly or indirectly from any action or omission, whether negligent, criminal or otherwise, of any entity providing goods and services for the trip or any available option — e.g. without limitation, the quality of services, cleanliness of a hotel, hotel overbooking or any flight delays.
Participant(s) also agree not to hold us liable for circumstances beyond its control — e.g. force major, terrorism, war, or natural accident —. Ohana Bali Tour and Travel accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay, changes, or cancellations in train, bus, ship, airplanes or other services, sickness, weather, war, terrorist acts, strikes, quarantine, or other causes. Baggage is transported at the client's risk throughout the tour.
LAW OF AGREEMENT
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.
Additional Terms and conditions may apply to reservation, purchase of services and other uses of portion of this site and you agree to abide by such other terms & conditions.
As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email is correct or in case we need your telephone or email, please supply us.
HEALTH AND FITNESS
All tour participants must possess physical or mental conditions good enough to fit for traveling. They must be responsible for their own health conditions. In the event that the tour participants have serious illnesses, they must provide valid health documents issued by a professional doctor to prove that they are fit for travel. We will not undertake any legal obligation in participant's health conditions.
Ohana Bali Tour and Travel strongly recommends that all persons traveling obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
