We follow a milestone-based payment model. Your investment is divided into staged payments linked to key phases of the construction process, ensuring accountability and smooth cash flow.

“Off-plan” means purchasing before the property is built. This gives you the advantage of early pricing, more control over design details, and greater upside on return once completed.

Am I allowed to resell the villa in the future?
